Der Internationale Sportgerichtshof Cas hat den Fall der positiv getesteten italienischen Biathletin Rebecca Passler abgewiesen. Zust\u00e4ndig sei weiterhin die italienische Anti-Doping-Beh\u00f6rde, teilte der Cas mit. Dort k\u00f6nne die vorl\u00e4ufige Suspendierung noch immer angefochten werden. Die Frist l\u00e4uft am Donnerstag ab. Ein Start von Passler bei ihren Heim-Spielen in Italien wird damit immer unwahrscheinlicher.<\/p>\n

Passler war bei einer Kontrolle au\u00dferhalb des Wettkampfs im Januar positiv auf Letrozol getestet worden. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde sie vor den Winterspielen vorl\u00e4ufig suspendiert. Passler hatte gefordert, die Suspendierung wegen fehlender Absicht aufzuheben und ihr eine Olympia-Teilnahme in ihrer Heimat Antholz zu erm\u00f6glichen. In der Hoffnung auf eine schnelle Entscheidung reichte sie einen Antrag bei der Ad-hoc-Abteilung des Cas f\u00fcr die Winterspiele ein.<\/p>\n

Passler sieht bei sich keine Schuld<\/h2>\n

Mit dem Medikament Letrozol kann der \u00d6strogenspiegel gesenkt werden, haupts\u00e4chlich wird es aber zur Krebsbehandlung eingesetzt. Die Biathletin argumentierte, es habe sich um einen Fall von Verunreinigung gehandelt, sie treffe keine Schuld.<\/p>\n
